Every Tuesday our Craft volunteers meet at Be Uplifted Inc Boondall head office to create wonderful craft or hand made items for sale in Be Uplifted Op Shops. These items are also used in “We Care” hampers delivered to breast cancer patients in north Brisbane hospitals.
Can you sew, thread a needle, use a sewing machine, use a glue gun, crochet, knit, quilt, make candles to name a few? Perhaps you have perfected a crafty craft you can share with Be Uplifted Inc?
During these Tuesday craft sessions, volunteers spend their time creating our Knockers, card making, and creating products to be sold at Be Uplifted Inc functions and stalls. There are also volunteers that work in sorting through fabrics, organising buttons and arranging our breast cancer merchandise. As a continually growing charity there is always something to do at Be Uplifted Inc.

The Details
Every Tuesday from 10am – approx 2pm at the Geebung Girl Guides Hut, Akaroa Ave, Geebung. Map Reference
Morning and afternoon tea is provided (tea, coffee and biscuits). Participants are asked to please bring their own lunch.
