Be Uplifted Inc has an ongoing partnership and great respect for Foodbank Queensland.  In Queensland, Foodbank provides food and household items to over 540 charity partners and schools.

Foodbank is Australia’s largest food relief organisation, operating on a scale that makes it crucial to the work of the front line charities who are feeding vulnerable Australians. Foodbank provides more than 70% of the food rescued for food relief organisations nation-wide.

Be Upifted Inc Breast Cancer Charity collected 100 hampers from Foodbank Queensland recently, that were generously donated from this wonderful organisation.

Being able to use our new “Annie’s Van” to help collect the 100 hampers from Foodbank Queensland was a blessing for our charity.  A BIG thank you to Brad and the team of Foodbank Queensland for helping Be Uplifted Inc to help local Brisbane people who are facing a breast cancer journey this Christmas.

Foodbank is the largest food relief charity in Australia, sourcing and rescuing more than 40 million kilograms of food annually for its networks of 2,400 charity partners and 2,000 schools.  Items foodbank Queensland distribute is used in vital food relief programs such as community pantries and dining halls, mobile soup vans, emergency hampers and breakfast or lunch programs in schools.

People Not Research.  Our motto at Be Uplifted Inc is “people not research.”  There are wonderful charities in Australia connected to breast cancer research or patient care.

Our focus is on local Brisbane people on their breast cancer journey and providing immediate practical and financial support to these individuals and their families.
