Pricing

All our prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

Payments Accepted

As well as accepting PayPal, we currently accept Australian Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards and debit cards for online order payments. Please ensure you enter a valid card number and expiry date.

A surcharge may apply for using certain credit cards to make payments. Where this is the case any surcharge will also be described on the website.

 

Security

Shop online for our breast cancer merchandise knowing your credit card information is safe and secure. Our checkout process is secured using the latest in online security technology, with a Transport Layer Security (TLS) PCI digital compliance to keep your personal details and payment safe.

 

Delivery

Delivery is $8.50.

Be Uplifted Inc will dispatch your order within 2-3 business days.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Australia Post delivers packages within 3 – 7 days anywhere in Australia

 

International Shipping

At this time we can only ship goods to Australia addresses.

 

Returns and refunds

In certain circumstances returns are available.

 

Product Purchases

Be Uplifted Inc is will provide a refund for goods that are faulty, unsafe or do not match their description will be refunded or exchanged where proof of purchase is provided.

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be provided where goods are returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns will be processed using the same payment method as the original payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

For returns or exchanges or faulty or damaged goods Be Uplifted Inc will refund all associated shipping costs.

Please allow appropriate time to process your refund.

Event Tickets

While Be Uplifted Inc takes all reasonable care to ensure that tickets are correctly priced and only available for sale when intended, sometimes errors may occur.

Be Uplifted Inc reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity.

Methods for ticket delivery and ticket collection will be available at the time of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets.

Be Uplifted Inc will only refund or exchange event ticket purchases if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law.

The amount refunded or exchanged will be limited to the purchase price paid for the event ticket.

We cannot provide a refund of event tickets for change of mind or because of a change in personal circumstances.

All requests for a refund of event tickets must be made within reasonable time and include proof of purchase.

 

Op Shop Returns

We do not refund for change of mind.

We will happily provide a store credit for change of mind for items returned cleaned and with the purchase receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that in the case of purchases made using EFTPOS or credit card, we are unable to return or exchange an item that is not being returned or exchanged by the original purchaser.

Due to health reasons, we are unable to accept returns for earrings, swimwear or underwear unless required under Consumer Law.
