Our motto “people not research” reflects our charity’s values, and every donation Be Uplifted Inc receives go directly to making a difference in the life of a local Brisbane breast cancer patient.
In recent years there have been a number of charities formed connected to breast cancer and many companies contribute to their nation-wide appeals. However, the majority of these nonprofit organisations focus on research or patient care with minimal assistance being given towards the real-life costs encountered by breast cancer patients.
Be Uplifted Inc is a unique breast cancer charity that seeks to improve the lives of women and their families experiencing difficulty or disadvantage as a consequence of breast cancer. We provide funds enabling them to access services and programs, pay bills, and receive goods or assistance to alleviate that difficulty or disadvantage.

Grassroots Charity
Be Uplifted Inc is a Brisbane-based breast cancer charity committed to supporting local families during breast cancer treatment. We offer support in both a practical and financial way to local patients undergoing breast cancer treatment, and while we never turn a breast cancer patient away we do focus our support services to the following Brisbane hospitals:
- St. Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside
- North West Private Hospital
- Redcliffe Hospital
- Caboolture Private Hospital
- Caboolture Hospital
- Icon Cancer Centre Chermside
- Icon Cancer Centre North Lakes.
- Prince Charles Hospital

Why Your Donation Matters
Our breast cancer charity is run by a team of dedicated volunteers, and our work is limited only by the funds we raise.
All donations go directly to support those on a breast cancer journey. Although research money is always required to find ways to treat and manage this disease, 100% of our donations go to support people, not research.
All funds we raise are used to assist local women and men seriously ill with breast cancer and their families with their costly medical and household expenses.
Help us support local families during times when it is most needed. We guarantee that any donation you make will be used to help breast cancer patients and will pay for very practical things patients cannot afford during their cancer treatment.
Once your donation is received, we will send you a tax receipt. Any donation over $2 is tax deductible.

We are a Brisbane volunteer run breast cancer non-profit charity fundraising to provide to local breast cancer patients and breast cancer survivors and their families with practical care and financial assistance during breast cancer treatment. All donations our Brisbane charity receives and profits from the Be Uplifted Inc Op Shops at Strathpine and Boondall go directly to making a difference in the lives of local Brisbane breast cancer patients.
