- Be Uplifted Inc Limited Edition Art Union is conducted as a Category 1 Art Union under the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulations.
- The prize is a custom handmade quilt as displayed at Be Uplifted Inc’s Zillmere Op Shop.
- The prize is valued at $900.
- A maximum number of 1,000 tickets will be sold at $2 each.
- Tickets are available for purchase online or in person from a Be Uplifted Inc representative, including at Be Uplifted Inc Op Shops. All ticket purchases require immediate payment.
- Tickets will be issued upon receipt of payment. Tickets will be mailed or emailed to participants within ten (10) business days after the date of purchase.
- Persons under the age of 18, those directly engaged in conducting the draw, Be Uplifted Inc board members and their immediate family is not eligible to enter.
- The close date is 21 December 2017 at 5pm (AEST).
- The draw date is 23 December 2017 at a public draw to be held at the offices of Tracy Davis MP, Shop 8a, 46 Gayford Street, Aspley QLD 4034.
- The results of our Art Union will be published on our website beuplifted.org.au
- The winner notified by phone, and/or registered mail.
- All proceeds are the purpose of supporting breast cancer patients and their families.
- The prize will be available for collection from Be Uplifted Inc Zillmere at B1/194 Zillmere Rd, Boondall.
- The winner will have 30 days to collect the prize.
- Any other expenses, including but not limited to transport and other costs involved in the collection of the prize are at the winner’s sole expense.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Photographs are used for illustration purposes only. They are not to scale and are not an accurate presentation of the prize.
- While conducting this Art Union Be Uplifted Inc collects your personal information. It reserves the right to use this information for future marketing purposes and to fulfill your ticketing orders.

Be Uplifted Inc Breast Cancer Charity is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission ABN 49 270 645 534. We are a Brisbane volunteer run breast cancer non-profit charity fundraising to provide to local breast cancer patients and breast cancer survivors and their families with practical care and financial assistance during breast cancer treatment. All donations our Brisbane charity receives and profits from the Be Uplifted Inc Op Shops at Strathpine and Boondall go directly to making a difference in the lives of local Brisbane breast cancer patients.
