Be Uplifted Inc Breast Cancer Charity is very fortunate to have two vehicles recently wrapped professionally with our charity’s information.
The vehicles wrap of branding and promotion, makes Be Uplifted Inc more visible on the roads of north Brisbane and creates tremendous awareness of who we are and what we do.
Be Uplifted Inc was very fortunate in 2019, to have an amazing Hyunday iLoad van donated. The Geoff Booth Foundation was established in 2009 to direct donations to specific health related charities.
The Foundation chose to donate a Hyundai iLoad van to Be Uplifted Inc Breast Cancer Charity north Brisbane in June 2019 for their support work in community for local Brisbane people on a breast cancer journey.
The new Hyundai iLoad van named “Annie’s Van” is a welcomed, very exciting donation and additional resource Be Uplifted Inc can now put to good use in community and at many fundraising events Be Uplifted Inc manage.
Most of all “Annie’s Van” will be used to visit breast cancer patients and will make deliveries of Be Uplifted Inc “We Care” and special Christmas hampers to oncology wards at north Brisbane hospitals:
Holy Spirit Northside Private Hospital
The Prince Charles Hospital
North West Private Hospital
North Lakes Day Hospital – Montserrat
Redcliffe Hospital and
Caboolture Private Hospital.
Founder Geoff Booth died April 2015 from cancer, and his wife Annie died from breast cancer May 2004. Annie and Geoff were married in 1993 the same year she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Annie chose to commence treatment with alternate therapies, and her illness never stopped her doing things she was passionate about.
Annie loved to help people and Be Uplifted Inc Breast Cancer Charity knows “Annie’s Van” will help the charity continue to offer support to local Brisbane people and their families throughout their breast cancer journey.
Be Uplifted Inc is a registered charity that provides practical support and financial assistance for real life costs encountered by breast cancer patients and survivors in our local Brisbane community. All donations go directly to support local Brisbane people on a breast cancer journey.
