Kedron-Wavell Services Club is one of Queensland’s largest and well-known community clubs. The club’s Community Grants Program is for non-profit organisation who strengthen their local community and make a valuable and sustainable contribution.

In 2018, Kedron-Wavell Services Club provided local organisations like Be Uplifted Inc with $150,000 in individual grants that benefit the local community.

Supporting Breast Cancer Patients

This year, the Kedron-Wavell Services Club Community Grants Program has granted Be Uplifted Inc with $1,500.

As a local community group, Be Uplifted Inc provides important services to breast cancer patients and their family who are experiencing difficulty or disadvantage as a consequence of breast cancer.

This grant is going to be used to provide stationery and resources for the upcoming Be Uplifted Inc Breast Cancer Symposium.

Be Uplifted Inc will use the generous grant to help spread the message about the Symposium, and pay for printing costs associated with the event.
