In August 2018, Be Uplifted Inc welcomed its new Management Committee.

The Obligations Of Our Management Team
Be Uplifted Inc takes its obligations as a non-profit, Incorporated Association very seriously, and governs itself according to its Constitution.
What does this mean?
Our financial statements are regularly audited by an independent third party, and our management team meets regularly to ensure we are acting in accordance with not just our aim of helping women and families on a breast cancer journey, but that all our actions are done in compliance with Be Uplifted Inc’s Constitution.
As well as this, we must strictly adhere to Government rules and regulations about charity organisations to meet the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission’s (ACNC) Governance Standards.
Compliance takes a lot of work. Be Uplifted Inc’s management team completes detailed record-keeping and provides continued reporting to the Government.
Be Uplifted Inc is registered as a charity with the ACNC and proudly carries their Tick of Charity Registration, indicating trustworthiness and proper governance.
As a volunteer-based charity that relies on community support and grants to provide its services to breast cancer patients, the management team works hard to manage the affairs of Be Uplifted inc in an openly accountable and responsible way.
The management team at Be Uplifted Inc is meticulous in all aspects of its administration with open decision-making processes that are based on the values of our organization.
